The Roland VS-1680 16-Track 24-bit Digital Studio Workstation (center) is the mixing/tracking console for the entire studio, and the Alienware Aurora under the desk is used for mastering and CD burning. This studio is capable of professional quality mixes which would have required a $100,000 studio just 10 years ago. Up to 256 virtual tracks can be recorded to hard disk and mixed down to 2 stereo master tracks on the VS1680... what an awesome piece of equipment for home musicians! The Mackie monitors (bottom) have replaced the Alesis Monitor Ones (top) as the main mixing monitors, along with the Tanoy Active Subwoofer (behind the rack). [LAST PICTURE] <<
